Crawl Depth refers to the extent that a search engine bot indexes the pages within pages on a webpage. A website’s home page has a crawl depth of 0 and any page directly linked to the home page has crawl depth of 1. The higher the Crawl Depth of a page, the less likely it is that the page will appear high in search engine results.
